  • When you book with us: information for your ceremony, including your answers to our ceremony questionnaire (your story, preferences and the people involved).

  • For your marriage licence and register: the details BC requires for a legal marriage, such as your full legal names, birthplaces, parents’ names and the names of your witnesses.

  • For payment: your billing name and contact details. We don’t receive or store your card numbers. Payments are handled by our invoicing and payment providers.

Phone calls and text messages

Calls and texts to our business line may be answered by an automated AI assistant. It can take your details, answer common questions and pass your enquiry to our team. Calls are not recorded. We keep a short log of each conversation, such as your name, number and what you asked about, so we can follow up, and we delete these logs periodically.
